TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Terms
FEPSA - Feltros Portugueses, S.A. has products for sale on the website www.fepsa.pt,
FEPSA reserves the right not to process orders received from users that are not in accordance with the general conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on www.fepsa.pt between shop online consumers and the seller.
The buyer shall provide FEPSA an e-mail, or data from another form of contact that is correct and complete and agrees that the "Seller" can use this data for contact if it deems.
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or ATM reference.
2. Orders
2.1 To order in www.fepsa.pt it is necessary that you have an e-mail and that your browser is set to accept cookies, and pop-ups, in order enjoy all the features of online store.
Placing an order on www.fepsa.pt is easy and safe:
- Select felts to order and click on "shopping basket". This will save all the selected felts.
- Once you have finished your selection, and complete the checkout process, click on the "send" button and fill in all the data that is requested.
- To complete the purchase process, after you have selected all the items, click on "send" button and fill in all the data that is requested.
- Confirm the transport value.
- Select the payment method you want.
- You will receive in your inbox the order confirmation. In case you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder / junk / electronic trash and if necessary contact us at the address site@fepsa.pt.
Only after payment confirmation by bank transfer, credit card, ATM reference or Paypal, your order will be shipped.
FEPSA informs that prices are exclusive in www.fepsa.pt Store FEPSA online and that the shown felts have a limited stock and sometimes exclusive for online commerce.
FEPSA ensures orders received online only within the limits of available stocks and in lack of availability, FEPSA undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible.
The order confirmation implies full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of felts available for sale, as well as the conditions of sale.
Order will be stored by FEPSA and customer can access it by requesting via email to site@fepsa.pt.
The execution of the order can be made in Portuguese or English.
Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer, and if there is any error it should be notified to site@fepsa.pt.
Data mentioned on the invoice is the customer’s sole responsibility. Once the invoice is issued, it can never be reissued with amendments.
Orders are valid for 5 days, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts and promotions beyond this time. If payment has not been validated by FEPSA in the specified deadline, the order will not be validated and is automatically cancelled. It will be necessary to re-place a new order online.
We reserve the right to change, without notice, prices, sizes, discounts or any amount mentioned on the website. There may be small differences between the photographs and the product.
2.2 Data Verification
After order reception we can run some checks on it before it is processed.
These checks may include address verification, credibility and fraud check. Suspected fraud will be investigated and if necessary prosecuted. By submitting your order it means that you agree with these conditions.
2.3 Our right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase.
FEPSA reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us), on the following situations (among others), without being liable for any damage or costs:
- Product is no longer available / in stock (payments will be returned);
- Invoicing information is incorrect or not verifiable;
- Order is flagged by our security systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible of fraud;
- Bank transfer payment is not received by us within 5 business days after acceptance of your order;
- If we find that you are under 18 years;
- If there is an error in the article quote;
- If it is impossible to deliver at the provided address.
2.4 Payment Methods
You can find the available payment methods during the buying process. We do not accept any other payment method other than those mentioned. Please do not try to pay by any other way than specified. Doing so we can not be liable for loss of pay or any other damages that may result from this action.
2.5 Prices
2.5.1 Value Added Tax (VAT) is added over the displayed prices on the website when applicable. Shipping charges are per order. The exact price of the shipping fee depends on the country where your order will be delivered.
2.5.2 Prices are all quoted in Euros. Please note that changing the delivery country may have an impact on prices due to transportation costs.
2.5.3 Your total price
Total price specified in the final menu includes taxes and shipping costs.
Shipments for foreign countries: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge.
Prices are quoted upon order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please pay only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make a single payment per order.
2.5.4 Prices Changes
Prices of the products displayed on the website are subject to change. FEPSA reserves the right to change prices without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are applied to that purchase.
2.5.5 Pricing errors
Please note that even though the website is carefully updated it is possible that the price information contains errors. FEPSA is not committed to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order, if such error occurs.
3. Order security
Despite all the safety procedures performed by us, security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet or through e-mail can not be guaranteed. FEPSA is not liable for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damages recurring failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or computer programs used for communications or transmission of viruses.
4. Shipping &Delivery
4.1 Delivery: where and when
We ship products from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h. Except on holidays and vacations. We can only fulfill an order delivery if the delivery address is a home or an office located in the countries mentioned in the list of countries available in the purchasing process.
To receive the order is necessary to ensure someone is at home. This service does not include scheduling option or booking, so the order delivery will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not assure deliveries on Christmas period nor in case of rupture of stock.
A delivery or a product are considered complete with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
4.2 Delivery Time
Except in case of stock rupture, your order will be shipped on the working day after we receive payment confirmation. This can take between 3-5 working days. (weekends and holidays are not considered working days)
FEPSA will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in perform of, any of obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We will try to deliver on time, to the extent that this is commercially reasonable. We always normally proceed this way; however, we can not guarantee the timely delivery.
4.3 Partial deliveries
Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in a single shipment. However, with your consent, we may split delivery of your order. In this case, the customer will be notified by email, on our intention of doing so. For this purpose we will use the e-mail address provided by you at the time of purchase. You must give your consent to partial shipment answering back by the same way.
4.4 Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery, you must inspect the package in order to check for possible damages. If you consider the products to be damaged, you shall not accept delivery, which will be returned. FEPSA will refund the amounts paid for the order and transport as soon as the return is received and the return process is complete.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs relate to each order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery. Shipping price by country is estimated on the purchase process and displayed for your information and agreement.
Shipments for foreign countries: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge.
6. Retention of Title
FEPSA owns the company's products until it full payment for all these products is received.
7. Returns & Cancellations
7.1 Cancelling order before shipping/ producing
You may cancel any order, since this has not yet been sent, in the case of purchase through the online store / outlet, or not yet been produced, in the case of purchased via order. In any of these cases, you must contact FEPSA and request your order cancellation. If the cancelling request is accepted, you will be notified via e-mail on this decision and cancellation will be processed with no cost to you. If the cancelling request is not possible, products will always be invoiced and shipped to you.
7.2 Returns of items purchased through the online store or outlet:
Always check the items upon order reception.(see 4.4)
After the proper reception and if you wish to return the product, either because you’re not satisfied with the same, or because it is defective, you must request via email to site@fepsa.pt within 30 days after the detection of the defect within a maximum of 6 months after receipt of order, the replacement of the item or refund of the paid amount, stating the reason why.
Upon receipt of the return request, product collection will be processed by FEPSA timely.
However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:
- Have not been manipulated.
- Keep the original features and packaging is not damaged (the carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged).
- Are complete.
- Have not been adulterated and keep the identification label.
Upon receipt of the return and being all the above requirements satisfied, FEPSA will replace the item or refund the paid amount, as will expressed by the client. In case there is a product with the same features you will be offered a replacement with quality and characteristics equal to or greater than the originally ordered. The invoice price will be the one from the replacement and not the one from the originally ordered.
Refund of the paid amount will always be processed using the same method of payment used on the purchase.
7.3. Returns of ordered items:
Always check the items upon order reception.
If you wish to return the product because this is defective, you must request via email to site@fepsa.pt, within 30 days after the detection of the defect within a maximum of 6 months after receipt of order, indicating the reason why.
Since this kind of order involves the specific production to the client, no returns will be accepted as cancellation/refusal of the order.
Upon the complaint reception, the internal procedure for handling complaints will be immediately triggered and a reply will be sent within 3 days.
The right to replace the product or refund of the amount paid, will only occur if proven, the defect is originated in the felt.
In addition, felts must:
- Have not been manipulated and maintain the original features.
- Have not been adulterated and keep the identification label.
- Be properly packed in order to avoid damage on the return transportation.
If it is decided to collect the order, it will be processed by FEPSA timely.
Upon receipt of the return and being all the above requirements satisfied, FEPSA will replace the item or refund the paid amount, as will expressed by the client. If it is not possible to replace a product with the same features you will be offered a replacement with quality and characteristics equal to or greater than the originally ordered. The invoice price will be the one from the replacement and not the one from the originally ordered.
Refund of the paid amount will always be processed using the same method of payment used on the purchase.
7.4. Suggestions or claims

8. Availability
Satisfaction of all orders made on the website is subject to availability. FEPSA tries to ensure that all items sold on the website are in stock. However, FEPSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock. In these cases FEPSA will inform you on this fact and will refund the paid amount.

10. Applicable Law
These general conditions and all disputes arising that are related to these General Terms, including its validity, the use of the Website or any purchases on the same shall be governed by Portuguese law.
11. FEPSA’s right to change these Terms & Conditions
FEPSA has the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The customer is subject to the policies and terms valid at the date of your order, unless the law or the competent authority impose any changes.
12. Information on the website
Although FEPSA has worked through this website carefully, information, text, documents, graphics, movies, music and / or other services may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect. FEPSA will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website, including damage caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of information, unless such damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of FEPSA.
TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT ON THE WEBSITES
All texts, comments, works, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented in www.fepsa.pt website are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property rights, to the whole world. Any reproduction or representation total or partial of www.fepsa.pt or of all or part of the elements included in it is strictly prohibited.
Trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs reproduced in www.fepsa.pt website are protected under the laws applicable to industrial property. The reproduction or representation of all or part of any distinguishing marks is strictly prohibited and shall be subject to prior written consent of the trademark owner.
